If you are starting a family daycare, you will need the following classes:

1. Pediatric First Aid 4 hours of training
2. Adult, Child, and Infant CPR (also called Community CPR) 4 hours of training
3. Childcare Preventative Health 8 hours of training

 How do I get a replacement Childcare Preventative Health card?

To request a replacement card, call the chapter office at 443-4521 with the date and location of the class you took and the name of your instructor.  The fee for replacement Preventative Health cards is $25.
